Qualifications
• Twenty-seven years as an educational administrator
• Chief executive officer for a school for the deaf for 6 ½ years;
responsible for more than 130 employees and all aspects of the
program and facility operations
• Three years operating statewide programs that served students
birth to 21, and managing budgets exceeding $170 million
biennially
• Consultation experience with schools for the deaf, school districts
and regional programs since 1990
• Participant on Conference of Educational Administrators for Schools
and Programs for the Deaf (CEASD) accreditation teams since 2003
• M. Ed. In Deaf Education
• M. A. with Distinction in Educational Administration and
Supervision
